Mission: To advance the understanding, appreciation, and quality of food and spirits through fun, educational experiences in southwestern ohio.
Programs: Farm to table program. This is a four-phase event for children that begins with an educational tour of a three acre organic garden that explains where food originates. This is followed by a behind-the-scenes tour of a local supermarket followed by in-school instruction by local chefs. The tour concludes with a formal lunch at a local restaurant. Benefited 250 people.
rock and roll dance fundraiser. This event is to raise funds to help finance the farm to table program. It also gives attendees the opportunity to sample various food, drink, and wine that they might not otherwise have the opportunity. Benefited 27 people.
burns night supper. In addition to raising funds to help finance the farm to table program, it gave attendees the opportunity to sample traditional scottish food and learn about scottish culture. Benefited 17 people.
