energyworks kc - a 4 year program to improve the energy efficiency of nearly 3000 homes and businesses in kansas city, missouri, by incenting customers and contractors with rebates and low-interest financing. Home performance with energy star rebates - an ongoing joint-rebate between the area electric and gas utilities that helps reduce the cost of energy audits and fuel-blind measures, such as insulation, air sealing, and windows and doors.

environmental remediation - equipping unemployed and underemployed individuals for careers in environment remediation. Residential and commercial energy auditing - assisting workers and contractors in developing technical skills in residential and commercial energy auditing and building materials reuse. Bpi test center - offering training and testing services as an approved test center for the building performance institute.
