Nonprofit Overview
Mission: The metro football league is a non-profit, volunteer based organization operated for the benefit of delaware county youth. Our objective is to provide young athletes the opportunity to play football in a fun, positive and safe environment. We strive to teach each player the fundamentals of football as well as sportsmanship, teamwork, self discipline, physical fitness, friendship, leadership and many other important life skills.
Programs: The metro football league provides youth of delaware county the opportunity to play football in a safe and learning environment. Flag football is offered to children in grades k-2, and tackle football is offered to children in grades 3-6. The number of participants varies from year to year.
