Prior to its decision to dissolve, muhc's mission was to reflect god's healing presence and love through theprovision of long-term care services in the tri-lakes region of new york state.
Programs: On 1/1/07, the assets of the two operating entities for which muhc was the sole member, mercy healthcare center and uihlein mercy center, were sold to a tax-exempt local healthcare provider in order to sustain the mission of the organization into the future. Muhc is currently working through this dissolution with the new york state attorney general's office.
