Meeting the needs of people with limited resources has always been at the heart of our mission. Mercy offers free care to anyone without insurance earning up to twice the federal proverty guidelines, substantial discounts to those earning up to four times the federal guidelines, and those who have insurance but earn more can also qualify for discounts. We recognize that not everyone can pay for healthcare services. We offer assistance and counseling in finding resources that may help to pay their healthcare expenses. Patients and their counselors review options and serve as patient advocates in obtaining financial assistance through federal, state and hospital programs.
