Mission: As the sisters of mercy before us, we bring to life the healing ministry of jesus through our compassionate care and exceptional service.
Programs: Mercy hospital columbus services include 25 in-patient beds, acute/skilled care, 24 hour emergency room care, laboratory services, imaging services, physical therapy, respiratory therapy, industrial medicine program, and visiting specialty clinics. The community need is represented by 78 discharges, 1,840 emergency room visits and numerous outpatient procedures.
mercy hospital columbus operates a mobile mammography service that travels to underserved areas providing necessary screening for women as well as participating in an indigent program with the state of kansas for early detection. The service completed 325 mammographies in the current year.
