Mission: We, trinity home health services and trinity health, serve together in the spirit of the gospel as a compassionate and transforming healing presence within our communities. Mercy general health partners, amicare homecare is a member of trinity home health services and trinity health.
Programs: Since 1997, mercy general health partners, amicare homecare has been bringing health care to people in their homes, serving north west michigan. Services include nurse visits, physical, speech and occupational therapy services and iv services. Mercy general health partners, amicare homecare also provides hospice care to patients, including nurses, social workers, bereavement counselors, and volunteers to assist patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families. Mercy general health partners, amicare homecare provides services to all individuals who apply regardless of their ability to pay. In fiscal year 2017, mercy general health partners, amicare homecare provided 53,844 patient visits and 7,211 days of patient hospice care. Please visit our website for additional information: www.
