Mission: We, mercy health system and trinity health, serve together in the spirit of the gospel as a compassionate and transforming healing presence within our communities. In fulfilling our mission, we have a special concern for persons who are poor and disadvantaged. Mercy family support is a member of mercy health system and trinity health.
Programs: Mercy family support provides community and home health services to residents in delaware county, pa and vicinity. Services provided include health education and screening, homemaker, companion care, and adult day care. Mercy family support provides certified home health aides to assist homebound individuals with the activities of daily living, including cleaning, cooking, and personal care.
