Mission: A comprehensive community behavioral health outpatient clinic providing services in four new mexico rural counties to the mentally ill, individuals with substance abuse disorders and those with co-occurring disorders regardless of the individual's ability to pay
Programs: Served 2,085 clients with outpatient mental health services including psychiatric services, clinical counseling, psychosocial interventions services, supported employment services and comprehensive community support services, client count includes 1,486 medicaid/medicare clients and 477 clients whose services were paid by the new mexico department of health and other sources.

provided housing and counseling services to 19 troubled youths seperated from their families. Services include assistance with all daily activites with school, including transportation and meals. Youths reside in an environment with 24 hour supervision.
