Mission: To promote good mental health, prevent mental disorders and substance use conditions, and achieve victory over mental illnesses and addictions through advocacy, education, research, and services.

patient services - provides psychotropic medication assistance for low income individuals, as well as education regarding additional resources for obtaining medications.
community service - collaboration with other organizations/agencies within sheboygan county for the purpose of furthering good mental health for area citizens. Includes efforts related to maintaining four support groups.
individual assistance program provides area residents with confidential referrals and resource information that supports improved mental health.
