Mission: The organization's mission is to help men grow toward a biblical standard of manhood by helping churches provide accountability, balance and spiritual growth to a man's life through a mentorship ministry. We believe god has charged men to lead, and that the local church is the hope of the world.
Programs: The organization's method of accomplishing its mission is to partner with churches to encourage men in their congregations to take part in a twelve month mentoring program, which was designed and formulated by the organization. The organization provides each church with consultation, implementation plans, training, and mentoring curriculum. At the end of 2013, men of iron released its second edition of its mentorship guide - a resource used by each mentor and protege involved in the program. It was also at this same time that the organization hired its second full-time employee. During 2017, men of iron partnered with a total of 36 churches.
