Programs: Created employment and job training opportunities for people who have significant disabilities or other challenges to employment by providing contract work for business, federal, state and local government and other community partners in the year 2013, 76. 15% of our employees had significant disabilities and other barriers to employment. These contracts offer opportunities in a variety of work experience and training environments, including custodial services, groundskeeping, switchboard operations, janitorial services and landscaping services
