Mission: Looking around at the various shelters, we were disturbed to see a growing number of pedigree, or look-a-like cats being picked up as strays or relinquished by their owners. We knew that now more then ever it was time to take action and prevent these beautiful (and often misunderstood) cats from being destroyed. Meezer Pleasers Siamese Cat Rescue, Inc. was founded to: Encourage and promote responsible cat ownership and reduce the abuse and neglect of Siamese and Oriental Breed cats through rehabilitation and adoption. Our goals are to promote the humane treatment of cats and accept for placement unwanted Siamese and Oriental Cats, care for them medically, neuter them, and facilitate their placement into caring homes.
