Mission: To construct,acquire,rehabilitate and improve low rental properties for low income seniors and veterans.
Programs: In 2014 the meadowbrook development corp obtained a grant from nassau county office of housing & community development's neighborhood stabilization program which was used to purchase and rehabilitate a single family home in roosevelt new york. The rehabilitation was completed and a certificate of occupancy was issued in 2015. In march of 2017 initial occupancy began and continued through year end .
