DO NOT MOVE HEAR!!! This is in Sarasota Florida. The facility manager and maintenance guy do not care about the seniors living here nor address fixing any repairs. It is currently a health hazard for anyone living there. A water pipe burst in my mom's apartment while she was out of town and they did absolutely NOTHING to vacuum up the water. In fact, the maintenance guy left the window open and A/C off which resulted in a petri dish breading ground for mold and bacteria. AND to top it off they never even informed her there was an incident in apartment. I would give this place zero stars if I could. The hole in this ceiling has been here for over a year. I wish I could post more than 4 photos of the horrible conditions to warn everyone to stay clear of this facility. Whoever reads this PLEASE HELP!!!!

This did not occur as described, the resident was out of town during this incident and staff was not made aware right away as this is an independent living facility and we do not enter apartments without residents being present so management was not aware of the leak right away. As for the window this was left open by the resident and the air was not on due to the humidty in florida this creates a greenhouse affect to which we give warning to residents as this can cause substance to grow faster and comprise their apartment. We contacted a restoration company as well as the plumbers who have since restored the unit after removal and repair and air quality testing. This is not a health hazard through out our building and was an isolated incident. Furthermore this resident is still occupying her unit. We apologized profusely for any miscommunication and kept in constant contact with the resident as well as the family.
