Mission: The mckenzie meningitis foundation's primary exempt purpose is to provide: educational materials relative to the dangers of meningitis and to make vaccinations available free of charge to those most susceptible.
Programs: The mckenzie meningitis foundation provides educational materials and vaccinations to susceptible individuals. The foundation has provided news releases to local and state-wide newspapers describing/educating the general public as to the dangers of meningitis. The foundation has and will continue to distribute an educational video throughout wyoming and nationally.
the mckenzie meningitis foundation provided funding for the nationwide meningitis association, was instrumental in organizing a statewide presentation to public health nurses and school districts, and was able to provide approximately 374 doses of vaccine to eligible persons.
