Mission: The mccoy house offers a safe, spiritual, and healthy environment for women to achieve sobriety and learn how to live, laugh, and love again.
Programs: The mccoy house had 28 residents in 2017residents with scholarship:leslie - complete scholarship 12 @ $1,200 per month = $14,400 for the yearalicia - partial scholarship she paid $400 per month which = $9,600 in scholarship lindsay - partial scholarship she paid $600 per month from june to december which = $3,600 in scholarshipzube - partial scholarship she paid $700 for november and december which = $1,000 in scholarshiptotal scholarship for 2017 was $28,600the mccoy house also offers:yoga class each friday art therapy on monday'sequine therapy to residents once a month. The mccoy house pays for this at a cost of $60 per person. Low elements ropes course was installed in october at a of cost $12,000. Board member and residents volunteered at "safe ride home" with amr on new year's eve. Board members and residents volunteered at "wellsfest" fundraiser on september 29 and 30th. Board members and residents volunteered at "head for the cure" in august to raise money for brain cancer. Each of resident volunteered at the real mccoy thrift store on an ongoing basis while residing at the house. Residents participate in volunteer work when organizations come to the facility to volunteer with projects. Residents participate in an intensive outpatient program and attend at least 3 twelve step meetings.
