Nonprofit Overview
Causes: Christianity, Community Recreational Centers, Education, Environment, Parks & Playgrounds, Primary & Elementary Schools, Religion, Sports
Mission: Project Playground receives playgrounds due for demolition in the US and restores, repairs and replants those playgrounds in impoverished communities throughout the developing world.
Results: We have built 89 playgrounds in 17 countries, blessing over 18,000 children with fun, safe places to learn and grow.
Target demographics: keep playgrounds out of landfills and bless children in with fun, safe places to learn and grow
Direct beneficiaries per year: over 6000 children by building 19 playgrounds in 8 schools, 7 churches, and 4 community centers
