The Marsha Blanzenski Memorial Scholarship For Conservative Achievement was established to support college bound students who exhibit:
• Strong conservative moral character and values
• Knowledge of the U.S. Constitution and political systems, and their effect on individual freedoms
• Understanding today’s threats to our Democratic Republic
• Demonstrating their conservative values through Community service
Since its inception in 2015, the Blanzenski Scholarship Committee has awarded 26 scholarships totaling $52,000 to students from local high schools, to include Mainland High School, New Smyrna Beach High School, Spruce Creek High School, Father Lopez High School, and others. These scholarships are only possible with the support and donations from the members of the community and fundraising events supported by Southeast Volusia County Republican Club of New Smyrna Beach.
