Programs: The foundation partnered with the livermore valley joint unified school district to fund psat at no cost to the student for all sophomore students in the district on a school day. The foundation distributed scholarship funds to 361 students attending 105 different colleges and schools. Of the students receiving initial funding from the foundation in 2017, 18% are the first in their families to attend college. Of the $408,500 in scholarships awarded, $41,500 was for community college and technical vocational training. The foundation works to help create a college- and career-bound culture for livermore students. Programming includes: financial aid workshops, the pedrozzi young scholars program and extra support for community college students.
