Mission: The organization's primary exempt purpose is to provide financial support for education, training, and professional development in the recreational marine trades. Mraa educational foundation is dedicated to the growth of the recreational marine industry through workforce development.
Programs: The foundation provided four technical scholarships in 2017 for students training in the technical area of the recreational marine industry. The winner of the 2016 mdce marine industry college scholarship was thomas martin. The funds will be used for future marine industry eucation. The 2016 & 2017 kevin lodder scholarhip receipients attended spader business management 1 workshop.
