Programs: Marian manor apartments (mma) provides congregate housing for 20 elderly individuals at a rate below the market rate. Ancillary services are arranged on a fee for service basis structured on the individuals' ability to pay. Mma also provides a building to lease for medical services. This facility rents to a medical clinic, chiropractor, and optometrist. Prior to the construction of this building there were no suitable facilities in the city.
