Mission: The marcus lattimore foundation is committed to youth development programs and initiatives which emphasize christian values, character, life-skills development, education, recreation, and health and wellness. The foundation will build community partnerships with other non-profit organizations and schools to encourage and aid our youth toward exemplifying upstanding citizen role models and dynamic leaders of tomorrow through teaching christian virtues of chastity, temperance, charity, diligence, patience, kindness, and humility. This foundation exists to help youth leagues, parents, and high school and college student athletes. The foundation's motto is "planting seeds, watering futures, harvesting dreams. " the dreams acronym stands for driven righteously to empower athletes' minds spiritually. Dreams reflects the foundation's dedication to helping student athletes succeed spiritually, athletically, and educationally.
Programs: The marcus lattimore foundation/dreams is committed to reaching out and addressing issues within communities by forming partnerships with other outreach organizations in our state who have the same drive, vision and passion to bring about change and hope for the future.

The marcus lattimore foundation/dreams will also incorporate college students in the sports science field to help with research which will in turn give those students research credit towards their sports medicine degrees.

The foundation endeavors to create more informational opportunities for students giving them greater abilities to make more informed decisions about their degree programs. In addition, the student-athletes will learn valuable lessons about finances, etiquette, and how to conduct themselves in job interviews.
