Mission: To establish itself as a central lake and watershed resource for the belgrade lakes region in the state of maine, in the promotion and advancement of sound environmental practice through research, preservation and education.
Programs: Maintain the millstream park, a waterfront greenspace, that will provide public access to the waterfront and a building known as the maine lakes resource center, that will provide office and exhibition space.
