Services offered at these location include imaging services, clinical laboratories, sleep disorder centers, occupational and speech therapy services, wellness and prevention programs, primary care, family medicine, pediatrics, cardiology, oncology, orthopedics, dermatology, etc. The revenue for these health centers is rental revenue which is properly classified on part viii, line 6.
