Please avoid this Company, The Concept is a great one but they will not be Honest about the affairs of business and will take your Money and will not deliver they resell homes at higher value back to there preferred lenders actually sinking families into debt. Please call the Urban league inquire about them also talk to families they have helped, also most of the donated properties are vacant and unresolved, ask to see verified proof not marketing scheme ploys, trust me it will save you the trouble, Please Investigate this Company before you transfer any funds and have an Independent Council review your Contracts. This is a wicked Scam masquerading as a helpful nonprofit a shame indeed praying on desperate families whom have optimism look up Beverly Criegh her Records have been sealed but she has a questionable history in this type of Work. Runnnnn!!!!
This nonprofit is "supposed" to be set up to assist struggling community developments, yet it appears the organization actually is FAR from this. This nonprofit was donated a property in our subdivision, yet they have done nothing- they have never paid the HOA fees they are supposed to pay and are not keeping the property up. It is an eyesore and a source of complaints. We have learned that people have offered to buy it but the nonprofit wants a good bit of money (when they got it for FREE). HOW is that helping a community??
