Mission: The miss foundation is a nonprofit organization that cares for families and communities before, during and after the death of a child of any age, from any cause
Programs: Through our compassionate bereavement care program, we reached out to local communities, training more than 325 providers to offer appropriate support and care in their own communities to families who have a child who is dying or who has died. Those who qualify as cbc providers in our network are specifically trained in trauma and loss and include top-level physicians, mental health care providers, nurses, social workers, funeral directors, therapists, clergy and first responders.
