Mission: Persons with disabilities line of service offers a variety of services to over 4,000 individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illnesses The services include over 200 residential programs, community skills, day services, guardianship, representative payee services, case management services, self-directed supports, mental health services and much more

Programs: Permanence, stability and wellness - the permanence & stability services consists of multiple programs designed to stabilize, support and treat children, youth and their families. These programs range from birth to 3, to child care, to families & schools together, to family preservation, and everything in between. The focus is to help families and their communities create a safe and stable environment for their children. The wellness services largely consists of outpatient mental health and aoda clinics, along with financial counseling, pre-marriage workshops and sexual assault treatment services.
adoption and out of home services - adoption services focus on finding families for those without a "forever" family through work with domestic, foreign, and special needs adoptions. Birth parent counseling provides counseling to birth parents who are considering placing their child for adoption so they understand the process of adoption and can make an informed choice. Foster care services, or treatment foster care, provides out-of-home care for children in need of alternative placement. Out-of-home care services consist of multiple programs ranging from care and custody of children pending court action to family therapy and transitional services with the goal of helping families and their communities create a safe and stable environment for their children.
change and community development - the change services is made up ofaoda treatment services in a variety of formats including residentialtreatment and halfway houses. The change group also includes tlpservices transitional living. The community development services iscentered on social ministry programming for those who are homelessand/or are challenged with mental illness, along with several cbrf'sproviding care for those with mental illness.
