From that point, clients are referred to other programs that provide services specific to their needs. Transitional Housing -- Sacramento and the East Bay. Transitional housing services for families in Sacramento and for single women in the East Bay seek to move clients from homelessness into permanent housing by providing temporary housing and training in skills needed to become self sufficient.
