Mission: The principal objective of the corporation shall be to benefit the region economically by fostering increased employment opportunities and expansion of business and industry; thereby, lessening the burdens of government and combating community deterioration. Any monetary profits or other benefits which flow to members of the corporation shall be incidental to the corporation's functions. In the event of dissolution or liquidation of the corporation, its assets will be distributed for one of more charitable purposes or to the federal, state, or local governments.
