Our son Sanda started at Idayimani Montessori at the age of 3 years in 2022. And it has been an absolute joy to watch him grow in his unique, curious, creative and independent personality. As parents who grew up in the traditional method of learning, it is quite an interesting journey to witness the Montessori method which focuses on the whole child development, mentally, emotional, physically etc. Sanda continues to be extremely curious about books, nature, animals, people, interesting critical thinking conversations etc a love for learning is developed. A great blessing that our son can be part of such a school with amazing teachers who pour out their heart in teaching and loving our kids....
What Love to Langa has accomplished by training all the staff to become qualified montessori teachers and operating the first micro school where children between 3.5 years and 5 years are reading and writing at Grade 1 level is astounding. Next step move into the completed new school build. Love to Langa delivers every time.
Wonderful nonprofit that does great work with no overhead so all proceeds go towards its fantastic projects
All of the money goes to support the underlying cause which is about the best one can do with any charity.
Likhanyile started at Dayimani Montessori kwaLanga in January this year. Ever since he has started we has shown progress not only at school but with also his peers and siblings. He has gained a lot of self confidence; he can identify different shapes, he can count from 1-10. I highly recommend the school 100,%.
My daughter Amvuyele Mneno enrolled at Idayimani Montessori in January 2023. I have noticed an impressive improvement in language (English) articulation of words. At the age of four she can count until 40 and able to recognise numbers, identify shapes and place it in ascending order.
The school makes constant engagements and consultation concerning the progress of the child and possible recommendations and activities to do at home to assist the learner in performing better.
The school have end of term occasions which make learning fun and outline other aspects out of context of academics.
I am thrilled and impressed with the quality learning offered by the school.

Love to Langa is the organisation which has come with a great opportunity. Giving us as the youth of Langa hope, because nowadays it's not easy to get a job but the Montessori program came and gave us hope while inspiring us to give our all. I'm one of the students and volunteers who were given the opportunity to increase their skills and provide better learning experience for those children who will be under our care. I'm thankful everyday about this initiative as not only is it giving me a chance to strengthen my knowledge base, but also giving me a self worth and more confidence.

Montessori academy is one of the best schools ever. It has groomed my child and I am impressed with the drastic change and the knowledge she has gain in a very shot period of time. Her language and counting skills has improved amazingly. If I had to choose pre primary for my unborn kids I would choose Langa Montessori again and again.
We are a family of four living in Langa and we were very happy to discover Idayimani Montessori for our daughter to attend. We have always wanted the best for our kids in terms of education mostly and what we have come to realize since she started attending is she has picked up new nursery rhymes and her vocabulary is increasing. She is more aware and as we walk to school in the mornings I listen to her sing all the way there, she learns a lot. I appreciate the support the teachers give and their patience with her. We love the standard set and would be happy to have our daughter attend classes here. Thank you
I am beyond thrilled and proud that Love to Langa is putting the finishing touches on our greatest achievement, Idayimani Montessori Academy. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we are able to bring world-class Montessori education to the children of Langa. Hearing the impact our school has had on their children from parents is our greatest reward.
I would like to send my gratitude to this organisation for an amazing opportunity they bought to our township to make change at Langa community and to produce future leaders .
Idayimani Montessori Academy is the first pre-school in the township of Langa built by Love to Langa "what a dream come true to us as parents of Langa"
The school is the best top notch preschool., system they using is advanced and world class education this is such an amazing opportunity for my son Montessori has answered our prayers for our kids.
Love to Langa has done what cannot be removed in our hearts in the hearts of Langa township.
Thank you soo much for the opportunity and for the experience for my son.
My son's driver, who used to drive him to another daycare at the time, first introduced me to Montessori.I was eager to enroll my son in a Montessori school when he was 3 years old.
My son began attending Montessori school when he was three years old October 2022.That was the wisest choice we made with his father in terms of laying the groundwork for him. He is now acquainted with the continents, the ABC, shapes, etc.His English improved .I must admit that Montessori and its teachers have my full satisfaction. As he won't stop raving Teacher Yonela at home, teacher Yonela is undoubtedly his favorite.great job, teachers
Fabulous organization that supports a community with a school for children. Children are the future and having this school as the foundation for the future will improve so many lives. Love to Langa does exactly what it says.
Love to Langa empowers children and their families in Africa by providing valuable education and experience. What a terrific cause!
My time in Africa was the greatest experience of my life. One visit to the schoolyard and my heart was changed forever. Love to Langa supports the healthy joyful growth of children who when grown will no doubt return to give back to their homeland.
Love to Langa focuses on an area that I feel
Passionately about- education. I am so happy to support its efforts to build a Montessori school in Langa Township. I know that my contribution will go directly toward this important mission. I love the newsletter and updates that I receive periodically so that I can see what a difference this charity is making.
Love to Langa is a unique organization where the focus is 100% on the children they serve and the teachers and caregivers they educate and empower. It is a labor of love and it shows in every project they create and every smile they inspire. Langa township community will forever benefit from their extraordinary work.

Love to Langa welcomed us as volunteers to the Philippi Children's during our travels to South Africa. We spent three incredible days with the children there. We played sports, sang, danced, and organized activities with other volunteers. It was truly the most incredible and fulfilling experiences we have ever had. We watched the children take swim lessons in Love to Langa's new Swimming Academy, it was remarkable to see that our donations went to such an incredible facility!! This is one of our favorite organizations to donate to because we know that every penny goes directly to making the children of Langa have a better life. Kissmea and Amy are such wonderful people who care so much about making a difference in this community. I am certain that the Montessori School will be as successful as everything else this phenomenal organization has done.
Love to Langa is one of my very favorite organizations. They are so grass roots and are truly making a difference for so many children in the townships of Capetown. I am so excited to be part of their school building project!

Love to Langa is an exceptional organization working hard to create change for children in Langa Township. The passion of the organization's leaders is matched with their effectiveness in running an organization where more of your $$ donated go towards the actual cause than most other non-profits that I've worked with. Highly recommend!
I’ve been donating to this charity for the last few years. They do great work and the people involved are so hard working and dedicated. I’m very proud to support the children of South Africa and improve education.
Love & charity are universal. What makes a couple in Philadelphia choose to give to children and a community all the way across the globe? Love to Langa stretches the US dollar to impact the people who need it the most. I visited Langa Township, outside Cape Town, South Africa in 2018 to see for myself the success of these projects. Love to Langa has helped an orphanage, given education to little school children, built a Swim Academy, and our most ambitious project is to build a Montessori school! Our small, diverse board is able to be nimble, along with our good people on the ground.
Love to Langa is an incredible non-profit organization. We heard about Love to Langa's mission through our family friends (the Ostroff's). When we travelled to South Africa a few years ago, our family visited the poverty-stricken area of Philippi Township. It was there that we were informed of the issue of child drowning in South Africa. Child drowning is the third leading cause of death among children in South Africa. One of Love to Langa's project was to build a pool for underprivileged youth so they could learn how to swim. Organized by one of our sons, and with the help of several sponsors and our local swim club, we were are able to raise a sufficient amount of funds to help build the swimming pool. To date, Love to Langa has helped so many underprivileged children become water safe, and more importantly, has instilled a sense of confidence within each and every child both in and out of the water. We look forward to working on more initiatives with Love to Langa!!
One of the most incredible organisations that I've come across in 2019/2020!
The Love to Langa board are so passionate about their cause and the projects they are involved with. They really are making a difference within the Cape Town community and should be proud of their achievements to date.
I cannot wait to see the Montessori School once it is built, it really will foster 'ubuntu' (I am because we are) and assist both the immediate community and the future learners in the Langa township!
Onward & upwards, Love to Langa!
I have been involved with the nonprofit, Love to Langa, for over 8 years, as an advocate, supporter, board member. My professional career has spanned over 40 years of service to children and families , first as a child advocate attorney, then as Executive Director of a nonprofit organization providing intensive services to children and families- and I truly believe in the mission of Love to Langa. L2L is committed to assessing community needs, researching the best manner in which to support those needs and always involving the community in the discussions and planning. There is exploration of all facets of a project to ensure that all bases are covered with the primary goal being providing support for the children's education and social and emotional development and supporting the families so as to be able to sustain the successes, while also supporting the community. The Board members are committed and very invested in generating new ideas, raising money and getting the job done..whatever it takes. It is an organization run with integrity with a view to help share knowledge, ideas, resources and to help build communities- one child at a time.

Having worked with nonprofits for over 35 years, first as a child advocate and most recently as executive director of a stateside organization that serves children and families, I am honored to be associated with Love to Langa. The good will accomplished by this organization on behalf of children is beyond wondrous!! The education support offered in the form of books, supplies, programs, and technical assistance to educators ensures that learning is enjoyed and consistent; and paves the way for future success. And words can't express what the new swim school will mean to the lives of these children ; the decrease in deaths due to drowning and the regular exposure to exercise , sportsmanship , practice, setting anf achievement of goals is a blessing for this community. Love to Langa makes this possible!!!!!
Love to Langa is right on track with what they do! After visiting them and experiencing it first hand, I can confirm that they are doing a marvelous job with the kids. While making a difference in a childs life, they are molding them to be better citizens of the world in their adult lives and they are doing just that! The children have the best teachers and mentors to guide them in the right path and it shows. They are the most humble, loving, and happy little human beings I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. With all the love that Love to Langa receives world wide, we can make sure that every one of their needs are met.
The teachers, along with the entire Love to Langa team are all angles sent from above. They work night and day to make sure that all goes according to plan. The team works tirelessly even when things might not go as planned but always persevere and meet the goal one way or another.
I am forever grateful for the organization, the team, and the children for also making a difference in my life. Love to Langa will always hold a special place in my heart.

what an experience it was to be part of Love To Langa. There’s nothing more amazing than giving back to those who really need it. I had been organizing a trip to South Africa to be able to give back some way or another and found Amy in the process. I wrote to her explaining what I had in mind and from there on, she helped me through the entire journey. Amy and Kissmea have a vision to make the world for kids a better place, that is exactly what they are doing and it’s coming to life. Kissmea was nice enough to drive us around the township and show us where the Montessori school will be built, it was a great area. I can’t wait to help further to make this dream come true. Thank you for having my family and myself, and for letting us take donations for the amazing group of kids you ladies are in charge of. Kisses and hugs to everyone that’s part of this amazing organization.
Having worked in the non profit sector for twenty years, it is my honor to highlight the amazing board members and founders of this organization. Year after year, project after project I am left in awe of the the development, delivery and sustainability of the the projects that is always research at two years prior to commencing. A rainbow of colors and religions forms this non profit and its mission was created on love, integrity and inclusion for all. Well done to all involved. May the current project @TheLoveToLangaMontessoriSchool be as successful as all past projects!!!

Four years ago I met Amy and Jon Ostroff when they were looking for a South African to monitor a project of theirs that they were funding. A deep relationship flourished and I introduced Amanda (currently a board member) who I consider to be one of the most competent woman I encountered. Love to Langa formed an amazing board and the projects started to take us all by storm.
Scholarships, outings, teacher training, celebrating staff and schools, building and volunteering are but a few that Love to Langa deliver. The non- profit is all about empowering, developing and assisting projects to sustain themselves.
Love to Langa is a project that I highly recommend to support. It has proven time and time again by delivering projects.

Love to Langa makes a difference in South Africa! They do not do this for praise, or to be famous, they do this out of the goodness of their own hearts.

As someone who has worked in the Corporate Social Investment field for many years I can't praise Love to Langa enough! They don't just uplift the children in the communities that they work in. I also commend the awesome work they have done by training ladies from the Langa community to be the teachers in their exciting new development/ Montessori academy planned for 2020
Love to Langa is dedicated to helping others in need. The hard work and effort that they put in to other communities is noticeable. I commend them for their efforts.
I have been supporting Love to Langa since 2014. I am not only a fan of the NGO, but also a member of its board of directors. Love to Langa is passionate about promoting educational and extracurricular opportunities in Cape Town, South Africa's underserved township communities. With only two paid staff (a project manager and their staff) the organization is largely driven by volunteers and donations so every penny goes directly towards project development! There is virtually no overhead costs. They are currently focused on building a Montessori school in Langa township. This will be the first Montessori school in a South African township and the prospect of accessible high quality education in this community is exciting to not only Love to Langa but the families of Langa community. Other recent projects include building a pool and swim academy at the Philippi Children's Center and providing scholarships for students to attend the Mfuleni Early Childhood Development Center. This is such a great place to donate your money, resources and time. You will not regret it.

Love to Langa does incredible work in the townships surrounding Cape Town. We are 100% volunteer driven, meaning all donations go directly to the projects and people in the communities where we work. Our priority is helping bring new opportunities to children in the form of scholarships, extra-curricular activities and field trips. Amy, the founder has a heart of gold and has devoted the last 4 years to fostering relationships with the teachers and children at the schools we partner with. Kissmea Adams, Love to Langa's driving force on the ground, has been working in the non-profit/early childhood development field for years and her passion for her work is unparalleled. Our work is successful largely as a result of her devotion and hard work. If you are looking for an organization to donate too or volunteer with I highly recommend Love to Langa. You won't be sorry!
Such a great cause! Passionate, devoted board members who are dedicated to providing more resources and hope for children in South Africa.
I volunteered with Love to Langa in February 2019 and it was incredible. This organization is really making a difference in communities and in kids lives. They are trying to better the children by providing them with education and healthy living. I’ve personally met Amy and she is a genuine, caring and empathetic person who just wants to do whatever she can to help. Keep up the great work. I’ll definitely return to South Africa to volunteer again. It’s sooo rewarding and inspirational .

My experience with this non-profit has been of the nature of assisting a learner at my ECD centre who was on the verge of leaving the centre due to financial restraint. Hannah's mom is a single divorced mom with 4 children of which Hannah is the youngest. I was very sad at the fact as it would have meant that Hannah would have to roam the streets while her mom was at work and her siblings at school. The hearts of the people of this non-profit was moved to come to Hannah's aid as their heart is about the well-being of children. Hannah then received the opportunity to continue coming to the centre and be nurtured as well as be in a safe environment conducive to learning. Hannah has since flourished and is now school ready and in 2020 will be entering into mainstream school. So as a principal I am forever grateful for the assistance of the Love to Langa non-profit and the tremendous much needed help they provide.
Thanks to the work of Love to Langa for their efforts towards bettering the lives of children in South Africa through their projects. It starts with the youth.
Love to Langa once again partnered with First National Bank by making sandwiches for World Food Day. The sandwiches were delivered to Thembani Primary School in Langa.

Five years ago Amy Ostroff contacted me to assist with reporting on a project in South Africa. She was and is still based in the USA. I am a Project Manager in South Africa and also report and evaluate projects for clients. She visited South Africa and we clicked, not just on a professional level but a personal one to. This woman creeps into your heart with her passion to help children in need. It's infectious and from that moment I knew I wanted to be part of the organisation she started with her husband Jon Ostroff, who is just as giving and caring.
At the beginning Love to Langa was not really known and partnered with other non profits on projects. Soon everyone started noticing Love to Langa as they branched out more on their own. As of 2016, Love to Langa started their own project with amazing results, with no partners, just themselves. The Love to Langa Swimming Academy opened its doors to the Philippi community. An indoor, heated all year round pool for all to enjoy. I am proud to say Love to Langa supports children with outings, training, scholarships in Mfuleni, Philippi and Claremont. As a committed South African I am so proud to be affiliated to Love to Langa. It does not make empty promises but actually churns out completed project one after the other. All this is is monitored by a committed board. Love to Langa has become a NGO that looked upon with respect in Cape Town, South Africa.
Having recently completed my Masters in Montessori Education, I was over the moon when Love to Langa’s Project Co-Ordinator, Kissmea Adams, asked me to be involved with Montessori training of a group of women from Langa, one of South Africa’s oldest townships. This has been my field of dreams...a dream come true! Since my youth I have wanted to make a real difference to the poverty cycle that plagues our townships, which still suffer from the institutionalized racism from the apartheid era. Montessori education can make a real difference to people’s lives...teachers, parents and children. Viva, Love to Langa, viva!
I am so impressed of the work Love to Langa provides for communities that I decided to get involved. Gone are the days we sit idly by and not get involved. I am especially impressed by their new project “The Love to Langa Montessori Academy” that I am supporting the project by supporting one of the ladies for 10 months to implement the vegetable/rooftop garden. We need more charities like this where monitoring, evaluation and sustainability is key.
My wife and I can tell you from first hand experience this organization is top in it's class. We had a great experience getting to see the great work they do in South Africa!
Amazing people and very dedicated to the cause.
I have known about Love to Langa from its beginning! My husband and I like to donate to organizations where we can feel we made a tangible difference. Watching the pool build, the preschool and related educational ventures go from concept to fruition is fabulous. We can picture how our donations have helped these deserving kids. We look forward to many more years of Love to Langa efforts.

A mission-driven organization making real change in the lives of South African children. From swimming classes, to an orphanage, to a new school, Love to Langa is committed to sustainable change. I’m honored to be part of this dynamic organization.
Love to Langa supports children in South Africa and I am blown away at the generosity of American and South African Donors. I have known and worked with Love to Langa's project manager, Kissmea Adams, for 6 years. Projects are carefully monitored and evaluated ensuring proper reporting to donors.
Love to Langa has supported Philippi Children's Centre with R1.5 million to date with scholarships, a library, a Grade R classroom, a Learn to Swim indoor heated pool. Other projects are community feeding, outings, workshops and teacher training.
My husband recently visited the Mfuleni township, and wanted to know about possible ways to contribute positively. I did a lot of research, and Love to Langa was clearly the best choice for donating from the U.S. They are run by volunteers, so donations go directly to the people in need. You can also directly support children in Mfuleni, by donating through GlovalGiving: https://www.globalgiving.org/projects/send-at-risk-children-to-school-in-south-africa/#menu. They are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. I am not in any way connected to Love to Langa, but I wanted to add a positive review, because they are clearly doing good work.
Love to Langa is an incredible non-profit organization, that does incredible work in the impoverished communities of South Africa. The impact and change is tangible and has changed the lives of many!
I've had the great and humble opportunity to help Love to Langa in it's graphic design endeavors. What I respect so much about this charity is that it focusses on providing education and empowering little children with tuition assistance in Langa. I admire Amy for so selflessly devoting her time and energy to such a selfless cause. This is a great non-profit organization and deserves all the laurels.
I have enjoyed watching all the amazing things Love to Langa has accomplished over the past eight years! They are truly the little charity that could!
Love to Langa is making a real difference. My family and I had the great opportunity to make a visit to the Mfuleni Early Childhood Development Centre near Cape Town and meet the wonderful children and staff there. My wife and I, and our children of seven and twelve were able to play and interact with the children in the classroom, and as well see and meet the impressive work of the teaching staff and the principal. I was in touch with Amy Ostroff prior to our trip to South Africa and she helped arrange the visit. It was a truly special experience to be able to see where the money is going. Kissmea was a gracious host while visiting that day, ensuring we were able to see not only the Early Childhood development Centre, but also the Swim Academy at the Philippi Children's Center as well as the new site where they plan to build another early childhood center in Langa township. We were truly impressed with the school and the wonderful staff. It is clear that the resources for this charity are being put to work in an efficient, organized, and deliberate way. Love to Langa is changing the lives of many and I wholeheartedly recommend sharing part of your wealth to help us make big difference in the lives of these children.

This past summer, I decided to take a trip of a lifetime to South Africa. This trip wasn't my typical resort or swamped tourist destination; I wanted this trip to be a learning experience, meaningful and of course, fun. I wanted to seek opportunities that would allow me to use my educational skills and my love for children in much-needed areas of South Africa.
After months of searching and reaching out to organizations, I found Love to Langa on a travel blog and immediately reached out to the co-founder, Amy. She welcomed me to visit some of the projects the organization currently supports. One of the projects is with the Mfuleni Early Childhood Centre. Once in Cape Town, board member Kissmea Adams drove me there and I met the principal, Sandra Lucas, who introduced me to the staff and teachers at the school. I was given an opportunity to pick a class to work with. Since I'm a Pre-Kindergarten teacher in Atlanta, GA, I decided to volunteer my time with the 4-6-year-old classroom and teacher Caroline. From the moment I walked into her classroom, she and the children made me feel welcome. Caroline is a very sweet, friendly, knowledgeable and inspirational person. She is passionate about teaching and enjoys every moment with her students. Working with Caroline was wonderful. To be working beside another early childhood educator who is passionate and willing to collaborate in sharing their ideas and knowledge was very special. During this time, we learned from each other. Her students taught me games and songs. I enjoyed sharing games and songs I use at home with them as well. Oh, I had an amazing time with Caroline and her students!
I am so glad to have discovered Love to Langa. Love to Langa is a great organization that is passionate about helping the townships of Cape Town. From teaching children how to swim to providing early childhood education and hosting teacher training workshops, Love to Langa has shown the people of South Africa that they are there to support them. We need more organizations like Amy's that help the children and the community as a whole. Many people know the old African proverb, "It takes a village to raise a child," well, it takes amazing organizations and their supporters to uplift a community. I believe that's what Love to Langa is doing for the communities of Cape Town.

Love to Langa is an amazing organization! I had the great opportunity to volunteer this past Mandela Day at one of their schools and helped with decorating cupcakes and face painting. It's the little things that can make the difference... except it's also the big things as Love to Langa built the school!!
It's been 7 years since my relationship with Love to Langa started. A friendly telecom from an American seeking assistance with monitoring a project in South Africa. She spoke with such passion and love for children in a country she did not reside in that I fell in love with a project I did not know. From that moment I knew I was going to absolutely love this woman. Fast forward a few months and I met the founders of Love to Langa, Amy and Jon Ostroff.
Love to Langa has grown from partnering with other non-profits to going solo on projects. The reputation of this tiny little non-profit in Cape Town, South Africa has grown from strength to strength. Love to Langa supports children with scholarships, feeds communities, trains teachers, built a library, built a classroom, support teacher salaries, school outings, volunteer projects, photography workshops, built an indoor swimming school. And..........wait for it........is building a one of a kind.......school in Langa in 2019.
Now go back 8 years, an American couple visits Cape Town, South Africa and they don't realise what they are about to start.........opportunities for those less privilege and smiles all around. Thank you Amy and Jon Ostroff and an amazing board. We did it!
Love to Langa is a great non-profit providing real support to families and children of the broader Langa community in South Africa.
Amy Octroff, founder of Love to Langa came into our lives when we desperately needed her organisation's support. Love to Langa has helped us in the most difficult of times, not just with cash donations, school supplies, food but with emotional support for the teachers and myself, the principal.
How do I, Sandra Lucas, even begin to describe my gratitude to Love to Langa who monitors us monthly. It has been an absolute pleasure to an organisation that truly inspires us to do better and gives the children hope. If families go through difficult periods, Love to Langa does home visits to assist. Who does this? Love to Langa does!
Thank you to all at Love to Langa for your unconditional support and commitment.

I have known Amy Ostroff, the co-founder of Love to Langa through volunteering for Art Goes To School ' where we teach art appreciation to students from Kindergarten through 8th grade in our local public schools. Her devotion for the underprivileged kids in South Africa prompted my husband and I to make regular donations to her charity. Over the years, we have seen the great work Love to Langa has done to teach, provide facilities, photography workshops, Swim Academy ' to improve the education and conditions of kids who would otherwise not have had the chance.
For my 50th birthday, I chose Love to Langa as my charity in lieu of gifts so that I could get my friends and family involved in this beautiful work. I was thoroughly touched by the lovely video they sent me with the kids saying 'Thank You.' (Link to video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tqabrhd0Ygw&feature=youtu.be) I am privileged to know Amy and glad to be sharing in her dream!

Review from #MyGivingStory
This summer my family and I visited South Africa and spent a day visiting the Love to Langa facilities. It was so much fun interacting with the kids at the Philippi Children's Centre. They had so much energy, and the teachers there are doing a great job! We also visited the swimming pool which was incredible, as was the teacher. Overall, it was really a lot of fun, and it was great to see how many people care about the education of these children.
I am so happy to support this wonderful effort. All the money goes to the community. Not only do they support basic needs, and academic education, but what Love to Langa gives the children is self esteem, as they help uncover and develop new abilities, interests and expose the children to new opportunities. Amy has a heart of gold and works tirelessly to ensure they maintain their high standards.
My Mother and I visited the Philippi Children’s Centre and had an absolutely moving experience. The children laughed, smiled, and hugged us repeatedly. The furnished classroom was incredible, as was the new swimming pool that had just opened. It was easy to see how much these beautiful facilities helped the children!
The devotion and support given to Love to Langa is exceptional! It is a pleasure for me to support a group that gives so much and does so much. Our world would be a better place if there were more people involved in helping others as this group is. I am so proud to support Love to Langa in their many projects. I hope they have a bright future in continuing their selfless work.
When two remarkable individuals are inspired to fix the world (Tikkun olam) miracles start to happen. Every single dollar goes to the work. Your money does not go to "overhead". These kids are being transformed and the work has just begun!
The value of each dollar donated to Love to Langa is maximized, staff is entirely of volunteers, 100% of donations go towards programs, and the board is super passionate about creating opportunities for kids.
Amy Ostroff works non stop to enrich other people's lives selflessly. Amy is an amazing person and I am proud to help her with Love to Langa technology.
Love to Langa is an outstanding example of a purely intentioned and effective nonprofit. It all starts with the amazing leadership, who direct every penny donated towards their mission. They have been able to provide a beautiful new facility, and soon a swimming pool, to the benefit of children in need. The name starts with love, and it couldn't be more fitting.
Our entire family visited the school and classroom that Love to Langa helped construct. We also know that they have provided a swimming pool (ear completion) for the neighborhood children. This is a gift beyond measure, especially for children who live in such poverty. In an age where we know education is key, L to L has initiated incredible projects and provided hope to so many.

The team at Love to Langa are doing incredible work with limited funds - making a meaningful difference in the lives of children who deserve the chance that life didn't hand them, but that Love to Langa is trying to provide. Every dollar they collect goes toward the benefit of the kids. Love to Langa is based on love and true caring with 100% integrity.
My tour of the facilities supported by Love to Langa was quite impressive and meaningful. The needs are great and Love to Langa is making a difference. Besides direct services to many needy children, they are training teachers to provide the best programs. This is an excellent organization!
I watch what these guys have done for a long time now.
They bring smiles to so many under privileged children's faces.
How they do it and why do it is wonderful.

If you believe that love and support are essential ingredients for a happy and healthy life, then you understand the driving motivation behind Love to Langa (the name gives it away). If you ask why it benefits orphaned children from South Africa as opposed to some other worthy group, of which there are many, then you must understand Love to Langa's other motivation: to maximize its capital, both human and financial, to effect the greatest amount of good for the greatest number of people. Amy and the folks at Love to Langa are making a meaningful difference in the lives of so many kids and they're doing it with an extremely limited budget. I know the numbers so please believe me when I tell you 100 cents of every dollar is spent for the direct benefit of the kids. There are many nonprofits doing truly meaningful work on behalf of those most in need. Love to Langa is one of them.
