County to fully and successfully participate in the mainstream economy; to provide education, job training and employment opportunities, and support the development of resident owned businesses.
Programs: Cdf serves the children, families, disabled and seniors living in public housing and section 8 in los angeles, from family self-sufficiency and education to comprehensive service for the elderly and disabled, provide also the essential tools to achieve self-reliance and improved quality of life.
