Mission: " It is the mission of the Loretenos in USA and Canada (LUSCAN) to provide a center where the general public of Loreto and the surrounding areas can obtain information on various fields of disciplines. To accomplish this mission, the organization envisioned to build a public library and equip it with books, magazines, and general refrences. LUSCAN is committed to maintain this center for the future generations."
Target demographics: the poor children and adults in the communities of Loreto and Tubajon, located in the northernmost municipality of Dinagat Island, Philippines
Programs: Building reading centers in the barrios; Expansion of the current library building LUSCAN Library Building, books and general references.
