Mission: To provide loans and other types of financial assistance to businesses and community based non-profit organizations located in economically distressed communities in nassau and suffolk counties in new york state. Loans will be made to borrowers who generally lack access to traditional and conventional lending sources, and who, through their business activities, are a source of creating and retaining jobs, and thus are a vital resource and catalyst for local community and economic opportunity.
