Mission: Collaboration with others to find solutions for the efficient delivery and funding of local government services consistent with the needs of citizens of wisconsin.
Programs: Research - implemented a future regions program to better understand the mechanics of regional change, the eau claire region was the first case. Developed & facilitated three workshops using strategic foresight and strategic doing methods.
education & outreach - the future region program was designed as not only research, but also education and outreach - to inform leaders of a region of what lgi has learned through our research about how local units of government can work together for the benefit of their region.
