Mission: Ldcch provides affordable housing assistance,women's business loan programs, instructional training in computer technology, social services to low and moderate income families, initiatives for youth development, and the creation, development and operation of affordable housing for low income individuals and the elderly.

Other services offered under this program are: first time home buyer workshops housing development programs, apartment relocation, counseling to business owners and individuals, small business development education programs, joint collaborative projects with other community organizations, information and referrals to government agencies and other organizations funded by nys division of housing & community renewal first time homebuyer workshops, housing developmentapartment relocation joint collaborative with other community organizations information and referrals to goverment agencies and other organizations housing maintenance workshops.
