I am from Massachusetts. My daughter and I met these folks at the Tarrytown Farmer's Market and fell in love with a bonded pair of cats. We were promised an application would be emailed and arrangements made for us to adopt. I offered to drive 4 hours round trip. I supplied my vet's information. I emailed. These ladies never responded and broke my daughter's heart. Awful!!!
