The organization serves the medically underserved population of the livingston, hilmar, stevinson, cressey, and atwater areas; patient services are rendered at their livingston and hilmar clinics. Services rendered include family practice, infant/childhood physicals, immunizations, gynecology, chronic disease management, comprehensive perinatal services, laboratory, ultrasound, behavioral health, dental and clinic-based education. Services are offered 6 days a week with 64 hours of weekly operation. During 2014, lch had approximately 14,112 patients and rendered 49,994 patient visits during the year.
