Programs: Livingston community health (lch) is a federally qualified health center that provides comprehensive primary and preventative health services to all patients regardless of ability to pay. The organization serves the medically underserved population of the livingston, hilmar, stevinson, cressey, and atwater areas; patient services are rendered at their livingston and hilmar clinics. Services rendered include family practice, infant/childhood physicals, immunizations, gynecology, chronic disease management, comprehensive perinatal services, laboratory, ultrasound, behavioral health, dental and clinic-based education. Services are offered 6 days a week with 64 hours of weekly operation. During 2014, lch had approximately 14,112 patients and rendered 49,994 patient visits during the year.
