Nonprofit Overview
Causes: Human Services, Victims Services
Mission: The children who come to the ranch are children who are at-risk for various reasons. We have some who are mildly autistic, bullied at school, live in abject poverty with drug using parents, have been abused, and some that just need a leg up in the confidence department. They are referred by word of mouth, from the school, church, community or through their caseworker.
Programs: We currently work with 15 kids on a regular weekly schedule. Several of our kids have been coming for 2 and 3 years as their parents see great value in what their children have experienced, including improved social skills, improved behavior, confidence and responsibility.
