Mission: LITHUANIAN SISTERS mission is to connect, nurture and empower women of different social and cultural backgrounds to become leaders in their careers and communities by supporting, educating, mentoring, and advocating for one another. LITHUANIAN SISTERS vision is to create a network of women where we support, connect, mentor and empower one another; remove roadblocks for newcomers, raise awareness to prevent discrimination and mistreatment in the workplace; help eliminate employment and career advancement barriers; promote professional development opportunities and set an example of a supportive community where feminine solidarity, cultural heritage and our unique potential is felt, appreciated, and celebrated.
