Mission: To provide an annual event for viewing by the public at a municipal park in middletown, the proceeds from which will be used to improve and upgrade the municipal parks and playgrounds in middletown, oh.
Programs: Approximatley 74,000 people visited the displays nov-dec. Voluntary donations amounted to about $59,213 which will allow the organization to make improvements to the park system.
