Mission: Life Choices Women's Clinics has three missions: 1) to promote the culture of life; 2) to reach abortion-vulnerable women and provide ultrasounds, counseling, education, emotional, spiritual and material support to help them choose life for their unborn children; and 3) to provide life-affirming women's healthcare.
Results: Life Choices Women's Clinic has been serving women in the Phoenix area since 1986. We are dedicated to improving the lives of women and their families, by providing medical care, counseling and education. Our medical clinics offer a wide variety of medical services related to pregnancy and other areas of women's health. Our services are delivered in an atmosphere of care and respect, and are available to all women, regardless of their ability to pay.
Target demographics: We offer services to women in low-income, under-served areas of our community to provide positive life choices.
Direct beneficiaries per year: Over 6,000 women and families were provided healthcare and support in 2024.
Geographic areas served: We have two Clinic locations in the Phoenix, AZ metropolitan area, and our Hope Mobile Unit is...on the move to provide even more services to women where they live.
Programs: LCWC Clinics are located in two areas in Phoenix that are low-income and under-served, Sunnyslope and Maryvale. In 2024 our volunteers and staff provided life-affirming services to 6,119 clients. These services included pregnancy testing (2,122), ultrasounds (1,188), and medical visits (3,664). We also provided counseling services and direct aid (formula, diapers, and baby items) to our clients. The HOPE Mobile clinic travels to other locations in the community to reach even more women with our life-affirming services.
