Mission: The corporation was formed (a) to provide housing and related facilities and services for senior families and persons on a non-profit basis; (b) to plan, construct, operate, maintain, rehabilitate, alter, convert, and improve housing for seniors and related facilities and services for senior families and persons; (c) toacquire by gift or purchase, hold, sell, convey, assign, mortgage or lease anyproperty, real or personal, necessary or incident to the provisions of housing andrelated facilities and services for senior families and persons;(d) to borrowmoney and issue evidences of indebtedness in furtherance of any or all of theobjects of its business, and to secure loans by mortgage, deed of trust, pledge orother lien; (e) to apply for, obtain and contract with any federal agency for adirect loan or loans or other financial aid in the form of mortgage insurance orotherwise for the provision of housing and related facilities and services for theelderly; and (f) to engage in any kind of

lesley towers, llc - 198-unit project providing low-income housing for seniors (transferred to this, single-member llc with the lesley foundation as the sole owner, on february 27, 2015).
the foundation provides meal services for tenants who elect to participate in the meal program at lesley towers, as well as management fees for services provided to ocean view plaza, lesley gardens, and coastside senior housing. The foundation also provided development services related to the major renovation at lesley towers and ocean view terrace.
