Causes: Leadership Development
Mission: Establish relationships among existing and emerging leaders from varied segments of the community to assist in solving community problems, educate participants to facts of major community issues and alternative approaches to solutions to community proglems, and develop and inspire leadership in solving community issues.
Programs: Plan and execute a nine-month educational program on present issues and future goals for the metro jackson area in an effort to improve the quality of life for the entire community.
