Higher personnel were not connected to participants and were very selfish in all decisions. Very unfriendly and unprofessional
I've been involved with LCS since 1991 as a board member, with 14 years as Board President. I retired from the Board at the end of 2017 but continue to follow and support LCS. Over this time, I saw LCS evolve from a focus on physical and occupational therapy to it's current focus on providing training and community engagement for youth and adults of varying abilities. Supporting the LCS participants in gaining community employment is a key priority and there is a clear track record of success in delivering against this priority. The dedicated staff deserves accolades for their professionalism and caring attention to the individual needs of the participants.
I have a grandson who is an LCS participant and get frequent feedback from him on the personal satisfaction he gets from his engagement with the staff and the support they give him in his involvement in community activities.
Both through my direct involvement as a Board member and as a grandfather of a participant, I can highly recommend LCS as a provider of services for people in need.
Our family had been blessed to have LCS in our life . LCS provides a realm of supportive resources for adults with disabilities . Programs are offered which enhance the day to day life of individuals to encourage, stimulate and help participants reach their full potential. The staff is professional, devoted and caring. My daughter loves LCS Connect and volunteering in the community. Thank you LCS and God Bless all
