We pride ourselves on being a diverse, dynamic care team that is dedicated to addressing the medical needs of our community and helping adults, teens, and children to stay healthy.

Programs: Our team of primary care providers, chronic care specialists, nurses, behavioral health consultants, case workers, medical assistants, nutritionists, and interpreters work as a team to provided integrated, person-centered care in Kennett Square and the surrounding area. Insurance or no insurance, LCH will take care of you. We evaluate everyone to determine eligibility for discounted services. Our sliding scale fees are based on income & family size. Nobody is turned away for inability to pay.
