Mission: Lake country freedom festival, inc (lcff, inc. ) was established for the purpose of raising funds to benefit 501(c)3 charities that improve the lives of children with type 1 diabetes (t1)and other childhood disabilities. The festival is held on lake sinclair in eatonton, georgia and has a 5k run, craft and food vendors, a kids play zone and a firework display. Income is derived from these activities as well as tshirt and other sundries sales, donations, sponsors (in kind and monetary), and parking fees. 2011 was lcff, inc's first festival, located in eatonton, georgia. This festival is staffed with volunteers and governed and managed by volunteers. Lcff, inc was created to be a separate legal entity to facilitate the festival. It is the intention of lcff, inc.
