Mission: The association will manage the maintenance of the common areas of the development which includes the preservation of the land area and visual attractiveness of the storm and detention pond located on the property. The association will also maintain liability and casualty insurance and make payments of ad valorem taxes assessed on the commmon areas.
Programs: Maintenance of the common areas and common facilities which includes the repair, replacement, renewal and cleaning of all common area light fixtures, signs, entrance monuments and markers; mowing, fertilizing, weeding, replanting and replacing of landscaping.
