Causes: Local Benevolent Life Insurance Associations
Mission: The organization may in the future hold and operate the generation and transmission (g&t) assets currently owned by, and those planned to be constructed or acquired for the benefit of, the matanuska electric association, inc. (mea), a non-profit electric distribution cooperative. At inception of g&t operations, last frontier g&t electric cooperative would likely be a single-member g&t, with the mea being its sole member. There is potential for other members to join in the future.
