Mission: Assess, train, and integrate persons with disabilities to enable them to reach their maximum employment potential in the community.
Programs: Mobile work crew - supports, trains, and integrates persons with disabilities through a community based work training program. This program provides a ratio of one staff per four consumers on a crew.
retail training - increase social interaction, more community involvement, and the opportunity for sales and retail skills training.
go industries production & skill building - provides occupational skills, work habits, communication skills, self-help, and socialization skills.
employment placement - provides a compatible job match to a consumer's desires and needs and in an independent job placement. Job coaching, support, and follow along services are provided as needed. It services - provides it systems and services training opportunities for consumers.
